All cottage bookings include a delicious continental breakfast basket including seasonal ingredients grown on-site or sourced from local organic farmers.  There are a number of local restaurants nearby and details can be provided at the time of booking.

Rates are for two persons.
 Check-in from 2pm; check-out 11 am.
For the comfort of other guests, the property is non-smoking ($300 cleaning fee applies if breached)

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your accommodation is required at the time of your booking to secure your reservation. This can be made via bank transfer.

In the case of cancellation, deposit is refundable if 14 days notice of cancellation has been given. However, if other bookings have been refused, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be transferred online .
